And because I find the holidays to be a very “reflective” time, I thought I’d share three personal stories with you that I’ve never shared on video before. You are truly my family, and I wanted to open up to you about my life and why it is that I do what I do.
These are not all “dating” related, but each story provides a quick lesson learned about life, rejection and failure.

Absolutely wonderful stories. You’re an inspiration to us all. Thank you for sharing your life with me.
The moment I broke up with my ex was the most important moment of my life to date. I regretted for a few months, but now looking back, Im’ so happy I did it. Great video Adam
Loved your video and the stories you shared…inspiring!

Cool video inspirational 🙂 not many people are honest to say that when you try something new you fail sometimes and you just have to try again :).
Great stories Adam, thank you. The light came on for me with this last breakup. I finally saw(what has always been there) the common factor in why my relationships have all failed in the last 6 years. It is the one constant they all have in common and it is a questionable one too. So from here on out, no more men from that pond. I see a brighter future.
thanks again for all your wisdom. Happy holidays!
Great video!
I think I have not an important moment, that has changed my life yet.
Thanks you for the video. There are some small changes I can make in 2015 that should have a BIG impact. I guess it doesn’t always take that much to make a change.
I love watching your video’s. I have also had some very life changing moments that were extremely challenging at the time, but all part of the journey. I really enjoyed your personal touch this week and hope to watch more like this in the future.

Best moment would be the time when I got the confidence to tell him that I liked him. We dated soon afterwards. Not together now, but that moment was a stepping stone.
Thanks for the video.
I was very unhappy in my job & after agonizing for over 6 months, I left it. I haven’t found another job yet (it’s been 4 months) but I have accomplished some things I had been putting off such as publishing the blog I had been talking about for 2 years. I’m not sure what the future holds for me but I know it will be wonderful. I haven’t been this happy in years & it shows.
I guess I’m going through those difficult moments right now.
Trying to change careers to do something more personally fulfilling and also figuring out what it is I want out of a relationship.
Thank you Adam
Life changing moment: short version, divorced, depressed, lost, emotional mess. I got off my duff, quit my job, moved to a new job, new life and spent several years learning how to love myself. Thanks adam for the videos, they truly make me smile and give hope that maybe one day i’ll find Mr. Right.
You are incredible. Thank you for sharing.
A game changing moment n my life came to me after I was divorced at the age of 60. I was devastated. Emotionally abused by a narcissist left me damaged goods, and very angry at the things he said to me and made me believe about myself. The moment came when I was able to forgive him for all the damage he caused me emotionally. Before I was able to forgive him, I was closed to letting anyone else into my life, and I didn’t ever really know that. I thought I was just left empty with nothing left to… Read more »
Hi Maggie – that is such a beautiful story. I’m so happy for you.
I am a recent fan of your work! I am a divorced single mom having spent the last 4 years of my life chasing men that are just not that into me 🙁 My last break up was a defining moment- I thought I had found my soul mate but in hindsight- he was merely an imposter. Your messages bring me so much joy and fill me with hope! Thank you for your wisdom and reminding us that real love is absolutely possible! Happy Holidays Adam- stay sexy and keep doing what you are doing- we need you 🙂
Thank you Denise, and welcome to the community 🙂
Hi, I have been learning so much from you! Please keep up your awesome work. I definitely feel your sincerity. I’m 56 raised my kids as a single mom and didn’t date during that time. I was just way to busy or too tired. I married when my youngest went off to college. Needless to say it didn’t work lots of different reasons, but mostly because I didn’t want to be alone. Empty nesting was a bummer. I’m better now and you have helped me so much along the way. I would like to hear more nuggets of wisdom for… Read more »
Hi Adam, Thank you for the fun and enlightening video. I love to learn more about people, specifically what makes them “human” and connecting with them in some way. I have had some great experiences, but as for ones that truly changed me, I think of a major decision I made last year. I had the opportunity to be a full time professor at the age of 23, sharing my knowledge and inspiring others to pursue their dreams. However, after 3 years of tumultuous change, the work environment I was in was such a bad fit for me (in terms… Read more »
In this video your maturity in the way of thinking is most visible. You also look like easy to approach and pleasant to associate with type of a person. There were few moments that had huge impact on my life, but I will mention just one- I quit Law School, even I was just few exams till the end. That was so untypical for me, because I was always a safe player, never a risk taker. So now I am without faculty diploma, without job, financially dependent on brother. I decided to go back to things I was passionate about… Read more »
Very interesting and very helpful video. Thank you so much Adam for sharing so many things to us that changes me for a better person. Maybe a lot better.
