I’m talking about DTR: Defining The Relationship.

But how do you find out how he feels without outright asking him?

How do you define your relationship without handing your power over to him or scaring him off?

There’s a strategic way to have this conversation, communicate what you want, and stay firmly in the driver’s seat without making him run for the vineyards.
