Marilynn's Story:

A while back, Marilynn joined a dating site as part of her quest to find love.

Admittedly, she had never done anything like that before.

One profile instantly caught her attention. This guy stood out. They immediately clicked and started to chat.

“We went like peanut butter and jelly!” Marilynn said.

The problem was she fell for him a little too quickly. She got emotionally connected, but as soon as she was in deep, he pulled back.

She didn’t want this to be yet another occasion where she invested in a guy only to have it not work out.

She didn’t want to get hurt again.

And she knew there must be a better way forward.

That was the moment Marilynn decided to enroll in our Love Accelerator program.

Going through the Little Love Steps and getting involved in our online community helped her take charge of her love life, rebuild her confidence, and date more intentionally.

In her own words, she said, “I learned that I am the prize.”

They had plans to meet up in person, and he bailed last minute.

Usually, Marilynn would make excuses for a guy like this, but not anymore.

She did what I tell all the women to do in my program: she cut all contact with him. She stayed strong, even though she had strong feelings for this guy.

But just a few weeks later, he started blowing up her phone, begging her to talk to him.

For the first time in her love life, she felt in charge.

She made him work for her attention again.

When they did eventually meet in person, Marilynn had a blast.

It was worlds away from a typical, awkward first date.

She knew how to show up and what to say by following the Love Steps. She knew who she was and what she wanted.

For the first time in her life, dating became fun—something she enjoyed and looked forward to.

Marilynn and her man have plans to move closer to each other, and they’re excited to move forward on this journey.
